Processing Time
All items are made to order just for you. Processing time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations
Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. That means:
- No returns for size issues or buyer’s remorse
- No exchanges for different colors/styles
- No cancellations once an order is placed
We encourage you to double-check:
- Your size (refer to the size chart in the listing)
- Color choices
- Shipping address
But Here’s the Deal—We Got You
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- With a wrong design/print
Please message us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item & packaging
- A quick description of the issue
If approved, we’ll replace it at no extra charge or issue store credit. We don’t offer refunds back to original payment unless necessary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows it’s still in transit and stuck, shoot us a message—we’ll help however we can.
